Product Managers - Paris HQ, France (2 roles)
Part of the Strategic Marketing and Product Management organization, the Product Manager will take ownership of existing or new key propositions and products, interworking with other departments across the company – namely Sales, R&D and Global Marketing.
Objectives
- Take ownership, define and drive Product Strategy forward for a defined set of products or solutions to ensure success on the market place
- Lead Product Life Cycle Management for defined products from definition, launch to retirement
- Responsible for Product Planning and Roadmap, interworking with internal R&D organization
- Responsible for Product Marketing, Positioning and Go-to-Market strategy, providing relevant tools to the Sales department
- 2 to 5 year experience in Marketing and Product Management in the wireless telecoms, telecoms or Internet technology industries
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with customer facing experience
- Knowledge of the mobile and telecoms market place
- Experience in a similar role and industry in a software vendor is a plus with demonstrated ability to develop credible relationships across company departments
- Understanding of software development life cycle
- Fluent in English, French is an advantage
- Be willing to travel on ad-hoc basis, meeting customers, prospects and partners or attending marketing events
- Academic Qualification in Technology or Business/Marketing field – BA or MSc level
